Our Mission
Remember the Children of South East (RCSE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and families in Jacmel and the Southeast region of Haiti.
Our mission is to provide children with opportunities to grow through education, sports, nutrition, and healthcare,
helping them build confidence, discipline, and a sense of hope for a better future.
Education
RCSE supports access to quality education by providing school materials, uniforms, and tuition assistance for underprivileged children.
We believe that education is the foundation for change — empowering young people to dream, learn, and create a brighter tomorrow.
Sports and Youth Development
Through our Football Academy and youth sports programs, we teach teamwork, respect, discipline, and leadership.
Sports help children not only stay healthy and active but also develop a spirit of community, responsibility, and perseverance.
Nutrition and Health
Many children in the Southeast suffer from malnutrition and limited access to healthcare.
RCSE provides nutritional meals, health checkups, and hygiene education to help children stay strong, healthy, and ready to learn.
We work with local health professionals to promote preventive care and community wellness.
Community Partnership
We collaborate with local schools, coaches, parents, and community leaders to create programs that are sustainable and inclusive.
Our work model is based on empowerment, accountability, and long-term impact, ensuring that every project builds capacity within the community.
Our Vision
We envision a Southeast Haiti where every child can access education, play safely, eat healthy, and live with dignity and opportunity.
Together, we are building the foundation for lasting change — one child, one family, one community at a time.
