About Remember the Children of South East (RCSE)
Remember the Children of South East (RCSE) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and vulnerable families in Haiti. Incorporated in the State of New York, RCSE holds an official IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, allowing us to operate legally in the United States and internationally, and to provide tax-deductible donation receipts to our supporters.

Secretary
Rosena is a dedicated educator with studies in Educational Sciences. She brings strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting children’s development.

Ladouceur MAXEAUBERT
Treasurer
Ladouceur is passionate about social activities with children and is a true football enthusiast. He brings strong community values, dedication, and integrity to all his contributions within RCSE.

Ezechiel Aristil
U.S. Member
Ezechiel is a committed member of our U.S. team. He has academic training in Sociology and Electrotechnics, bringing analytical skills and technical knowledge that strengthen RCSE’s mission and activities.

Elcheva Germain
Program Coordinator (Education)
Haiti Director
Elcheva oversees all educational programs and provides direct support to students in Jacmel. As RCSE’s Director for Haiti, she supervises local activities, coordinates field operations, and ensures that programs are implemented effectively to meet the needs of children and families.
